Very simple. We can tell when we are in a bubble. It is usually just after the last one burst. We can tell that the bubble would burst.

No one can tell exactly when the bubble will burst.

That lets us make this fun. See, no matter what, greedy people will always try to game the system. Why can’t the rest of us get in? At least to say whether it will hit the fan next Tuesday or the 3rd odd day, 3 months from now…
